About the position...
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are looking for a technician at our Georgetown Crossing and Brooks Edge property located on the West Shore.
- Responsible for multiple Maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, painting, light carpentry, replacement of glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc.
- Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Responsible for preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.
- Must be able to work assigned on call.
What we are looking for from you...
- Minimum of 2 years Residential Maintenance and/or Construction experience required
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must possess all tools to perform service duties
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Strong team player
- Ability to think logically in following instructions and carrying out procedures
