About the position...
The Residential Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the residential properties. We are looking for a technician at our Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill.
- Completing work orders and maintenance projects such as light electrical repairs, light plumbing work, painting, light carpentry, replacement of glass, tile, carpet, screens, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, etc.
- Responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
- Preparing apartments prior to resident occupancy.
- Ensure that residents are provided with a clean, safe, well-maintained community.
- Must be able to work assigned on call.
