What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Porter position at Triple Crown Corporation Inc?
About the position...
The Residential Porter will be responsible for the basic care and upkeep of the property grounds. This position will also assist the maintenance department as needed in the upkeep of apartments and townhomes. We are looking to fill this role at our Brooks Edge property located in Camp Hill.
- Pick up trash in all common areas of the community.
- Clean and maintain all community amenities and surrounding areas with curb appeal in mind.
- General lawn, shrub, weeding, tree trimming, and seasonal plant duties as needed.
- Shovel snow, use snow/ice melt at clubhouse and any other areas as directed.
- Assist with basic maintenance as directed.
- Deliver packages and letters to tenants, post late letters.
- Assist in the cleaning of make readies for new tenant move-ins as needed.
- Run errands for the office and service teams as it pertains to the function of the rental community.
What we are looking for from you...
- Groundskeeping or other relatable experience is preferred
- Service minded with a willingness to adjust to a fast-paced work schedule
- Strong team player!
- HS Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to think logically in following procedures and instructions
