- Alternative: A strong combination of experience in sports event planning, marketing, or operations may substitute for formal education.
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in event planning, execution, and management, preferably in sports events.
- Experience in sales and marketing (phone, email, text, social media).
- Relationships with club baseball teams (helpful but not required).
- Experience managing budgets and operational logistics.
Additional Competencies:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel and work longer hours during event seasons.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
