Triple Diamond Construction is currently seeking sales professionals to fill our Outside Sales/Field Inspector position.
Our most successful team members came to us from outside the storm restoration/general contracting industry, no prior construction specific experience required!
Qualified Individuals must possess the following abilities:

· Punctual (Must have reliable transportation to and from our main office in Moore)
What To Expect?
A Field Inspector position will involve introducing yourself to Homeowners in an area that has been affected by storm damage to help them document/assess and develop clear next steps. This will include:
· Climbing up and down ladders
· Documenting damage on roofs along with other areas of the home
· Reviewing the damage with each client you inspect
· Explaining any current and/or potential problems the damage may be causing
· Making a recommendation to clients on the next steps to take in our process
Compensation Plan:
As a Field Inspector you will receive a Base Salary of $20,800 per year along with any applicable Overtime Commission Bonuses. On average this position will pay a well-qualified candidate $45,000 - $75,000 per year. There is plenty of room for advancement for those that are looking to grow within the organization. Training is paid and will follow the same pay schedule listed.
