Team Lead-Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration Technician

Triple Gem Carpet Cleaning
Puyallup, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 2/20/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/18/2025

Are you tired of working for the same company and feel like you’re going no where?

Why not join a team where you can apply what you‘ve learned already and expand your knowledge and abilities? Have a little fun and some great laughs while getting the satisfaction of doing a great job and helping people.

As a carpet cleaning and water restoration technician lead, you’ll be responsible for using appropriate cleaning equipment and procedures to safely and correctly clean carpets and upholstery. This can include a simple cleaning or involve more detailed cleaning with spot treatments, power scrubbing, carpet stretching, etc. and responsible for completing derive sheets as directed.

When responding to a water remediation job, you’ll be required to follow company procedures for water extraction, removal of drywall and carpet, as required, setting up appropriate equipment to ensure location will dry appropriately and accurately completing the flood service sheet. You will also be responsible for follow-ups on water remediations as directed.

You will also be responsible for helping to train new employees, doing initial bids/walk-thrus and the day-to-day organization of supplies and ensuring the trucks are ready to complete the jobs scheduled for the day.

Want to learn more about mold remediation? We do that too and will teach you!

We are looking for a leader-someone that knows the business and wants to learn more. Someone who isn’t afraid to make on-site decisions, knows how to efficiently manage time and drives to provide excellent service. This is not a desk job-this is for someone who enjoys being out in the field, teaching, learning and enjoys conquering new challenges.

You MUST have at least 1 year experience in carpet cleaning and water restoration.

We offer endless room for advancement! All you need to do is show up and be willing to put in the work!

All equipment is provided by the company and you are not required to have or purchase your own tools. This is an hourly position, no selling is required.

This is NOT a 9-5 job. While we only work weekends for emergency calls (on a rotating basis) our normal hours usually start between 6am-7am and some days we are done by 1pm or 2pm and other days we work until 6pm or 7pm. It just depends any given day depending on the scheduled work that needs to be completed and taking into account that with the nature of this job, emergency situations happen that we must attend to. It’s not about how long it takes to get the job done, it’s about getting the job done right. We offer overtime pay for over 40 hours and automatic overtime for any night, weekend or holiday emergency calls. This is a permanent, full-time position.
