Field Construction Manager
This opportunity supports a Client’s Dairy Renewable Natural Gas Construction Program, with oversight responsibilities as an owner’s representative from the time that ground is broken until the performance test proves the design capacity of the gas cleaning systems.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the State Project Manager, the Field Construction Manager is responsible for observing and reporting the progress of the onsite personnel progress through construction, commissioning, starting up, and performance testing a biogas processing facility consisting of one or more above ground digester, mixers, pumps, compressors, an H2S removal system, and a Biogas purification system. They will prepare daily reports, review vendor change orders / punch lists / schedules, and be engaged in the weekly client review meeting. This Manager will champion safe and environmentally responsible work practices.
Location:
Remote Opportunity within the United States. The individual must have appropriate authorization to work in the United States. Ability to travel to job sites in rural locations across Western states.

- Participate in weekly update calls.

Education, experience, and necessary skills:
- Technical education from university, technical school, or job experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or commissioning roles directing others.
- Industrial experience with RNG, Oil & Gas, Chemical Facilities, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to secure alignment and influence without authority.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new skills.
Travel Requirements
- Able to travel (domestic) 100% of billable time.

- Must pass DOT drug and background checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
