THE ROLE
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM
- Location: New Castle, IN
As a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher, your day starts at 7:30 AM with enthusiasm as you prepare to tackle the morning's tasks. You begin by answering incoming calls from customers eager to schedule their plumbing service visits. Each call is an opportunity to provide excellent service, gathering all necessary information to ensure our technicians are well-prepared for their jobs. Throughout the day, you skillfully juggle scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians, ensuring all information is accurately logged into our system. By 4 PM, you wrap up the day knowing you've helped maintain the smooth operation of our services, all while providing top-tier customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- 2 years of professional work experience
- Ability to multitask and follow policies and procedures
- Professional experience in a customer service setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience in the customer service industry
- professional experience using multiple forms of communication such as telephone, email, and IM
- Experience using a database or tracking system
- Proficiency MS Office
