The TJTT business office is collocated with its primary manufacturing facility between Weir and French Camp, Mississippi. Interested candidates must have their own transportation to and from work and the capability to work the hours specified below. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in an office environment using Microsoft Excel/Word/Teams/Sharepoint and be capable of using various modes of technology to accomplish daily tasks.
Status: Part-time, some Saturday’s Included
Hours: 6:25AM-11:25AM Monday-Friday 7AM-2PM Saturday (schedule may be adjusted based on other employee schedules)
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Open shipping clerk office on time at 6:30AM Monday-Saturday.
- NOTE: Hours are subject to change with demand.
- Weigh inbound and outbound trucks and process paperwork per company policy.
- Manage inbound phone traffic and maintain digital call/message log related to shipping and receiving.
- Meet and greet visitors and maintain daily visitors’ log.
- Perform computer data entry.
- Maintain daily digital log.
Secondary Duties:
- Clean offices and restroom (twice weekly).
- Support employee clerical requests.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Use of custom application following training
