Concrete Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various concrete construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties

• Operate and maintain concrete mixers and other related equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various structures.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure a smooth and durable surface.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute installation accurately.
• Engage in heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed on-site.
• Support flooring installation projects, including the application of drywall where necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to build forms and frameworks for concrete pours.
• Execute trim carpentry tasks as required, ensuring precision and quality in all installations.

Experience

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques and tools is advantageous.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively is a plus.
• Experience with drywall installation, flooring installation, or trim carpentry is beneficial.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
• Work is primarily outdoors on construction sites
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and other construction-related hazards
• May be required to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Operate skid skeer and excavator
