Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on building systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Utilize logic controllers to diagnose and address equipment malfunctions.
- Read and interpret schematics to guide maintenance activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid equipment failures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for repairing machinery.
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment.
- Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices.
- Experience using an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
