Your Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, building relationships and closing deals with businesses that need quality commercial cleaning. This is a high-reward position. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, canvassing, and referrals
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers in person or virtually
- Present and pitch our janitorial services tailored to their needs
- Follow up on leads, build a strong pipeline, and close deals
- Track sales activity in CRM or provided tools
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Prospect, cold call, and network to generate new B2B leads
- Pitch and present commercial cleaning services to business decision-makers
- Follow up, close deals, and manage your own pipeline
- Track your activity and results with our simple CRM
- Collaborate with operations for seamless onboarding
Compensation Structure – Part time (average 20 HRS per week)
- Base Pay: $300–$400 per week (depending on experience)
- Commission: 20–30% of gross profit per deal (uncapped)
- Bonuses: Milestone bonuses for sales volume and closed contracts
- First-Year Earning Potential: $50K–$70K
- This position can grow into a full-time position

Ideal Candidate
- 1 year sales experience (janitorial, B2B, or service industry preferred)
- Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses
- Professional, reliable, and results-driven
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Has a car and valid driver’s license
- Bonus: Experience selling to office buildings, retail, or property managers
