ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our company. This position is responsible for execution of all related clearical duties as assiged.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to receiving department • Provide word processing and other document preparation• Assist with special projects and other general office tasks, as needed • Exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions• Prepares correspondences, including letters and memos for internal and external use• Prepares billing for filing and mailing copies for distribution• Maintains proper filing systems• Responsible for the workflow of a specific departmental function • Assists manager with special projects as requested
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of Front Office Receptionist/Admin experience in a professional business office
- High school Diploma
- Some college preferred
- Microsoft Office, Excel and Word knowledge
- Experience working in a busy fast paced environment
- Naturally attentive to details
- Highly organized
- Great communication skills
