Bartender Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation: Prep the bar, verify age requirements, process payments, upsell customers, manage inventory, and clean bar supplies.
- Ownership: Open and close the bar in a timely and responsible manner.
- Customer Service: Serve beer, wine, and other beverages in a prompt and friendly way, showcasing Spirit.
- Inventory Management: Maintain proper setup of the bar, requisitioning and stocking of all necessary items.
- Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness in and around the bar area.
- Financial Transactions: Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, and record transactions to balance money.
Requirements:
- Physical Ability: Lift 50-75 pounds and remain comfortable on feet for the entire shift.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain extreme attention to detail and quality.
- Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or similar role.
