Position Summary :

The Food Runner will deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers tables or venue bowling lanes rapidly and accurately. Typically serves as a point of contact between Front of House and Back of House staff.
Responsibilities :
- Show your Excellence by obtaining and maintaining a working knowledge of all food menus including any carryout and catering menus.
- Assure guests have everything they need on the tables after delivery of food.
- Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions
- Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items.
- Load trays with accessories, such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
- Remove trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished.
- Own It. Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, or straws.
- Communicate effectively and courteously using Spirit with guests, and co-workers.
- Respect. Assist all servers, bartenders, and managers with carrying plates.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
- Washes glassware as necessary
- Makes coffee as necessary.
- Aids moving and installing kegs of beer.
- Answer questions from customers and refill drinks as needed.
- Communicates customer concerns and complaints to manager on duty
- Courage to take on other duties as assigned.
