What does a barista do...
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Learn customers names and drinks
- Enter orders and process payment in a timely and friendly manner
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment and surroundings.
- Create an amazing drink by following recipes and aesthetic guidelines
The Ideal AMAZING candidate is someone with:
- Strong people skills especially in the areas of customer interaction
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English is required
- Commitment to master brand recipes and techniques
- Dependability
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
