About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service, quick responses, and innovative product solutions. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships, proactively introducing trending products tailored to their industry, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities:
Client Management & Customer Experience:
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing timely and professional responses.
Develop strong relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering personalized solutions.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and attention to detail.
Business Growth & Sales Development:
Expand the book of business through regular outreach and touchpoints with existing and potential clients.
Stay updated on new and trending promotional products to present fresh ideas that align with clients’ industries.
Leverage both proactive and reactive sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
Demonstrate proficiency in handling and understanding various art files (vector, raster, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing.
Use CRM systems and other digital tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and drive sales growth.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and organization under tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (preferably in the promotional products industry).
Strong computer proficiency, including CRM software, email communication, and basic design file knowledge.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented while working in a fast-moving setting.
A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to enhance client relationships and drive new business.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on quick response times and follow-through.
