Tio Taco Tequila Bar Team Members are enthusiastic, engaging and guest driven to provide an excellent, memorable hospitable experience for all Guests. Candidates should be team players, able to work in a fast-paced environment and should always have a positive high-energy attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant Guests to spec
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check Guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Must be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing, and positive
- Observant and responsive, alert to Guests' needs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a Team
- Engage with guests, efficiently take orders, and serve food drink
- Providing menu recommendations and additional information pertaining to the menu
- Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness availability to learn train prior to going on the floor
- Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety alcohol beverage control policies
