Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 Years HVAC Troubleshooting, Repair, and Install Experience
- Type 2 / EPA Universal Certified
- Basic Tools, Refrigerant Gauges, Multi Meters, Refrigerant Charging Equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Installation of residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
- Provides startups for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Build strong customer relationships by knowing their needs, making recommendations and setting expectations
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Coordinate with other service trades, contractors, clientele, and vendors as needed
- Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork.
- Complete invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
- Comfortable and capable of working in attics, basements and crawl spaces.
