Job Duties:
Required Skills:
- Take phone calls and respond email to provide solutions

Visit customers to resolve issue with server, workstation, printer/scanner and router/firewall onsite
Trouble shoot client email connectivity issues -
Perform computer/network analysis onsite

Take ownership of in-depth issues and troubleshoot as needed

Repair Windows-based computers - under certain policy
- Effectively document all requests and resolutions
- Must have the basic knowledge of networking solutions for small/home offices.
- Site visits to client sites
Required Skills:

1 to 2 year Technical support experience

1 to 2 year experience of configuration/managing with following server environment
-Windows server

Active Directory and Group policy
- Must have the basic knowledge of networking solutions for small/home offices.
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skill

Ability to explain clients what problem is and its solutions in their language

Knowledge of networking/internet protocols
* Firewall/VPN experience/ CCNA cert is a plus.

A certification equivalent experience

Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technology

Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Must have proven ability to work within a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Must have the ability to express thoughts to others and exchange information.
