About the Role
As Lead Project Engineer, you’ll be based at our Centennial, CO office, overseeing our team on complex wastewater lagoon projects. You’ll develop and refine engineering processes that fuel our rapid growth, contributing directly to our core mission. This is a unique opportunity to lead, innovate, and make a tangible difference.
What You'll Do
1. Project Design & Execution
- Drive engineering success on multiple complex projects, meeting all internal and client specifications.
- Oversee and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and bills of material.
- Offer engineering support across the project lifecycle, from sales through installation, start-up, and warranty.

Triplepoint offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary of $115,000 USD- $145,000 USD (depending on experience) , full benefits including 401k, outstanding bonus program, employee development and growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, work from home Wednesdays, and a generous vacation and holiday package.
