The Role – Make Your Mark

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of Triplepoint’s mission, leading efforts to expand our footprint and drive revenue. This is a remote position with in-territory responsibilities and occasional visits to our Denver, Colorado, headquarters. In this role, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Fuel Growth: Boost our sales pipeline and achieve ambitious sales goals, while maintaining profitability and impact.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and strengthen connections with end-users, engineers, regulators, and manufacturers’ reps, becoming a trusted resource they can count on.
  • Lead and Influence: Drive the sales process—from proposals to bids—ensuring our solutions are the top choice in a competitive market.
  • Master Complexity: Navigate a 12-month sales cycle, managing multifaceted projects valued at $300,000 and establishing Triplepoint as an industry thought leader at conferences and events.

 

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience: 5 years in wastewater process sales, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in wastewater biological processes, and an in-depth understanding of large-scale project pricing and bidding.
  • Proven Success: A record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships that endure beyond projects.
