Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in commercial real estate, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a successful career in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Client Representation: Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
- Property Tours: Accompany prospective clients to property sites, highlighting features and discussing leasing rates and terms.
- Market Analysis: Compile and analyze property data, including tenant surveys, market research, and financial analyses.
- Transaction Management: Assist in preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and facilitating the execution of lease and sale agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior brokers and other team members to support client needs and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate software is a plus.
- New York State Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire).

Schedule & Work Environment:
This is an independent contractor (1099) role, allowing for flexibility in work hours. However, financial success in commercial real estate typically requires a full-time commitment, particularly during peak business hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (recommended for prospecting, client meetings, and deal-making).
Agents have access to office resources, a high-performance dialer system, and industry-leading tools to support their business development efforts. While there is no strict hourly requirement, commitment to proactive outreach and deal-making is key to success in this role.
