Assembler- Entry Level

Mission Staffing of Texas is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Line Worker

The successful candidate will assemble products on the production line, ensure that all products meet quality standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with assembly line work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products on the production line, following established procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.
• Operate machinery and equipment required for assembly line work, such as drills, saws, and welders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up work areas at the end of each shift.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that products are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control checks.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience with welding and metal fabrication, is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds.
