Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and changes. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation to gather comprehensive requirements. Process Mapping and Optimization : Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices to streamline operations and increase productivity. Solution Design and Documentation : Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and system designs for technical teams. Create detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices, to guide development and implementation efforts. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data from various sources to extract insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
