We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to play a key role in the financial health of our growing company. Responsibilities
- Support accounting management in day-to-day operations.
- Formulate and implement internal controls and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
- Manage and process journal entries.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Review accounting information for accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize accounting software, analyze data, and contribute to the financial reporting and control processes of the company.
- Handle daily accounting needs, including A / P, A / R, and job costing.
- Back up the accounting team, close the books, reconcile balance sheets, handle revenue recognition, and assist with financial reporting.
- Interface with almost every part of the company and be involved in various challenges and new construction projects.
- Take over monthly financial reporting needs.
