Job Description:
- Grow and build a book of business focused on the commercial lines insurance space to bolster TriSearch's presence in Northern Wisconsin.
- Help balance the books for the Merrill/Wausau office.
- Participate in identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships, support direct service, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for commercial lines.
- Underwriting experience preferred but not necessary.
- Strong leadership potential, including effective speaking skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Integrity and ability to make sound decisions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks effectively.
