The Role:
Reporting to a Project Executive, this Construction Project Manager is a highly visible position that will provide leadership for an on-site construction management team and full oversight of the entire project delivery for a new Steel Mill. It's an exciting project as it's the first of its kind in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling and coordinating work between the various discipline managers for all onsite work activities. Oversee the project schedule, including deliverables from suppliers. Coordinate and lead daily construction meetings with supervision. Act as the primary field contact with the customer.
Desired Qualifications:
BA degree in engineering or construction management. A minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial construction project management. Familiar with OSHA and environmental requirements. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Procure, and Adobe.
