This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer . The person will be responsible to plan and oversee all the planning and the implementation of all manufacturing strategies and projects. With the current growth, the role is critical to plan our manufacturing footprint expansion with a strong lean approach, as well supporting the operations of the company. The candidate will implement strategies, growth a team, new processes , governances and tools.

Responsibilities
- Define manufacturing approach to support the mid / long term capacity
- Define mid- and long-term manufacturing strategies with location, type of process and lean approach
- Influence product roadmap with efficient manufacturing processes that bring cost efficiency and high-quality standard
- Deliver all manufacturing projects on time, cost and performance
- Provide operation support in industrial engineering and manufacturing engineering
- Grow a young team to support the company expansion with rigorous processes, tools and governance
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to improve department performance
- Responsible for Manufacturing OPEX and Manufacturing CAPEX of the company
- Influence company strategies with his manufacturing expertise
- Bachelor's in Manufacturing and/or Industrial engineering
- A master’s degree in industrial engineering with a focus on lean Manufacturing is a plus
- 20 years of experience in manufacturing environment with leadership role to lead manufacturing team that delivered greenfield projects for fabrication and assembly sites
- Must have experience with equipment and floor implementation
- Experience in similar industries such as car, truck, or power sport are a plus (complex assembly)
- Strong financial experience with departmental and project financial control and reporting
- Strategic thinking to support strategic planning as well as building efficient team
- Leadership skills toward people with agile thinking and strong collaborative mindset
- Flexible and at ease with a highly dynamic environment
