Job Summary:
Our Client is dedicated to providing exceptional support to their panel participants. They are seeking a motivated and personable Member Services Specialist to assist with onboarding, engagement, and recognition to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing outbound campaigns, including list sourcing, email scheduling, and monitoring results.
- Recruiting new panelists.
- Onboard new panelists highlighting contributions to profession and recognition opportunities.
- Conduct monthly check-in calls to express appreciation and maintain engagement with panel participants.
- Create and execute an incentive and recognition program for panel participants.
- Support ongoing member outreach efforts to increase retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure membership data integrity by following up with members to confirm and update their information.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with members professionally.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel once per year to annual conference.
