We are revolutionizing energy-efficient air treatment and are in need of a Production Director to lead our chiller production. This role is critical to our rapid growthensuring top-tier quality, efficiency, and safety while spearheading plant expansion and team development.
** Must be knowledgeable in chiller assembly and possess the expertise to diagnose and determine the root cause of chiller failures.
What Youll Do:
- Implement and optimize our Operating Model to drive efficiency
- Lead plant performance in quality, delivery, budget, and forecasting
- Establish a lean manufacturing culture with KPI-driven continuous improvement
- Foster a zero-incident safety mindset
- Build and mentor a high-performing production team
- Play a key role in strategic expansion efforts
What You Bring:
- Experience in chiller manufacturing, 10 years in production leadership required
- Expertise in lean manufacturing & operations management
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, innovative environment
- Bilingual (French & English) is a plus!
