Our manufacturing client in Tampa is looking to hire a Senior, Global BI Analyst for the HR team, to generate executive-level reports for senior and executive leadership (CEO and Board-level) on a m/m basis.
Your work will influence change through the creation and development of global HR analytics and data insights, while supporting the implementation of the global HR strategy.
This high-visibility role will also work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders, globally, to provide strategic insights that inform workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and retention initiatives.
Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, OData or similar tools, along with expert level Excel and a proven skill in developing and analyzing advanced people analytics, HR dashboards and labor reporting/
