Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial / Commercial Construction Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing large construction and capital projects (200 M) from start to finish. As an Industrial / Commercial Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing 5 project managers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities including subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Interacts with planning commissions and government bodies.
- Coordinates costing estimation, contract negotiation and remodeling activities.
- Develop and organize assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure project success
