Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager to oversee the maintenance of all Healthcare equipment at several facilities. On-site position in Zanesville, Ohio and requires hands-on, multi-site experience.

Job Summary:
As the Manager of Medical Equipment Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all medical equipment within our client's healthcare facilities. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and calibrated to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare equipment management and a proven track record of implementing successful equipment management programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all medical equipment at multiple facilities
- Manage a team of equipment technicians to ensure timely and efficient service and maintenance of all equipment
- Monitor equipment inventory levels and make recommendations for new purchases or replacements as needed
- Conduct regular audits of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs for staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical equipment technology to make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Develop and maintain relationships with equipment vendors and negotiate service contracts and pricing
- Prepare and present reports on equipment management activities and performance to senior management
- Ensure all equipment records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment management, preferably in a healthcare setting
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (CIHQ, DNV, JACHO)
- Executive-level experience, including interaction with C-suite leaders.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to medical equipment management
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and equipment management software
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
