Position : Senior Networking Engineer - Active DOD Secret Clearance
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Networking Engineer with an Active DOD Secret Clearance and DOD (Air Force) experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies and experience working in a DOD environment. As a Senior Networking Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure for our clients.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Hybrid Environment
Must be a Certified Engineer (EE or ABET accredited)
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide data links and networking interoperability engineering, consultation, and support to design, develop, manufacture, integrate, test, and deploy subsystems components for air-to-air and air-to-ground communications.
- Support shall extend to design, development, integration and testing of data link messaging such as J-Series, K-Series, and VMF messages in accordance with MIL-STDs -6016 and -6017.
- Additionally, such support shall also include development and sustainment of Network Architectures as well as the processes required to obtain Air Force Systems Interoperability Testing (AFSIT) and Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certifications.
- Provide advisory assistance and draft documentation support to conduct reviews and studies, document performance requirements, and support modifications affecting the flight mechanics and for system level integration.
- Assist the Government by providing knowledge and guidance and producing artifacts to support systems integration; OSS&E; airworthiness certification per the latest version of MIL-HDBK-516; safety per MIL-STD-882; and AFI 63-1201 Life Cycle Systems Engineering.
