Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax preparation, as well as a thorough understanding of tax laws and regulations. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for providing tax planning, preparation, and compliance services to our clients, as well as ensuring their financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Analyze financial statements and tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their financial goals
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and answer any tax-related questions
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients
- Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues and prepare memos and reports for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients
- Assist with financial statement preparation and other accounting tasks as needed
