Job Summary :
The Battery Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar battery systems, including battery storage units, inverters, wiring, and associated components. This role requires strong electrical skills, knowledge of battery technology, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure solar battery installations' safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Installation :
Install and commission solar battery systems, including battery storage units, inverters, charge controllers, and associated electrical wiring and components.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar battery systems, including inspection, cleaning, and testing of batteries, connections, and electrical components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, failures, and performance issues using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
Adhere to all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines to minimize risks and hazards associated with electrical work and battery installations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding promptly to service requests and addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
