What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Wiring the Future – Install and repair residential electrical systems with precision and pride.

1. Crack the Code – Diagnose and resolve electrical issues like a pro (bonus points if you make it look easy).

1. Plan Like a Boss – Interpret blueprints and schematics to get the job done right the first time.

1. Lead with Safety – Always put safety first and follow every rule in the book.

1. Keep it Legal – Ensure your work aligns with state and national electrical codes.

1. Tag-Team Projects – Work closely with project managers and your fellow electricians to keep things moving.

1. Mentor & Motivate – Share your skills with apprentices and help shape the next generation of electricians.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License

• 2 years of field experience (bonus if it’s solar!)

• Deep knowledge of electrical systems and codes

• A safety-first mindset

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for quality work

• Ability to work independently or as part of a powerhouse team

• Clear communication and great customer service vibes
