Junior Policy Development & Implementation Analyst
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create standard new case applications, policies and certificates of insurance for the companies select product.
- Assist group policy team during seasonal surges in business and cover during vacations, etc.
- Assist Sr. Analysts in processing new policy forms in the appropriate system based upon state requirements.
- Process changes in AgentSync system for new and updated producers.
- Gather documentation as required for both internal and external audits and compliance requests as directed.
- Track status of state filings, policy forms, applications, certificates and other relevant forms used in the installation and implementation of business in the appropriate system and notify Sr. Analyst of anything that is expiring or in non-compliance.
- Maintain and update both physical and electronic files, records and reports, related to business installation and implementation in accordance with company procedures and in the company specific systems of record.
- Performs other similar and related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
2. One to two years’ experience in group benefits operations.
3. Demonstrated ability to perform repetitive tasks with little or no revision.
4. Intermediate level knowledge of PC navigation and Microsoft Office products
