Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for the organization’s financial strategy, reporting, and risk management while driving key investment initiatives. This role demands a forward-thinking professional with the ability to lead a high-performing finance team and foster collaboration across departments to optimize financial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Provide financial insights to guide business decisions and enhance profitability.
  • Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and improved margins.
  • Serve as the primary financial representative for the company, presenting financial strategies and reports to stakeholders.

Operational Oversight:

  • Partner with leadership to manage functional areas such as IT, HR, and legal during key transitions.
  • Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and mitigate legal and operational risks.

External Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, legal advisors, and insurance providers.
  • Monitor these relationships and seek new partnerships when beneficial.

Financial Planning and Decision-Making:

  • Lead due diligence efforts for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advise on major capital investments, including equipment purchases and office expansions.
  • Assess risks and guide decision-making on significant financial initiatives.

Forecasting and Risk Management:

  • Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
  • Identify and mitigate market, credit, and operational risks.
  • Implement policies to safeguard the organization’s assets.

Accounting Department Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and resources to support organizational objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Develop annual operational and capital expenditure budgets.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • At least 10 years of experience, including 4 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.


Work Requirements:

  • Ability to perform tasks involving bending, lifting up to 35 lbs., and standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • A standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility for additional hours, including occasional weekends, based on business needs.

Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
