TriSource is seeking DSP's (Direct Support Professionals) to work in a group homes with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Columbia, CT area.
*Pay is $19.00 hr*
Shifts available:
Multiple shifts and schedules available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide program support
- Supervise, support, and monitor clients through entirety of shift
- Complete documentation and assessments
- Monitoring residents for health and safety concerns, assisting with bathing, grooming, preparing meals, and providing transportation.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 month's experience working with a similar population
- Comfortable working with extreme behaviors
- Driver's license
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Proof of Education required
