Financial Analyst
A company in the Baltimore/Howard County area is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will develop, maintain, and provide financial information, plans and projections; as well as coordinate the budgeting process and the quarterly forecasts.
This position will be in office 5 days a week; with a salary range of $70k - $83k plus bonus equity.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of annual operating budget; summarize budget inputs and review for accuracy
- Quarterly forecasting and reporting; participate in quarterly meetings to recommend forecast revisions and update budget
- Consolidate data including revenue, net operating income, etc. in order to prepare reports
- Financial modeling to support expense review, capital expenditure proposals, investment projects, etc
- Provide financial support to asset management including modeling lease alternatives, evaluating capital alternatives, EBIT, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of financial analysis experience
- Real estate finance experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
- Experience creating complex Excel models
