What You’ll Do:
- Oversee diverse stormwater, floodplain, and dam projects from concept to completion, ensuring engineering excellence.
- Provide expert QA/QC on H&H models, stormwater management plans, technical reports, and regulatory permits.
- Support the development of project managers and design engineers, enhancing team design processes and technical skills.
- Drive proposals, additional work authorizations, and contract negotiations to secure and expand opportunities.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery.
- Engage with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to navigate project approvals and compliance.
- Oversee implementation, ensuring designs translate seamlessly into real-world solutions.
What You Bring:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field). PE license required.
- 10 years of project management experience including stormwater management, surface runoff, hydrology/hydraulics, and land development.
- Related experience in stormwater management, floodplain, and dam design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-1, HY-8, FlowMaster preferred.
- Ability to coordinate design consultants within large-scale projects and integrate stormwater solutions into site planning and infrastructure development.
- A natural problem solver with exceptional leadership skills, capable of engaging teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive success.
