Admin Assistant II Supply Chain. This position will be a good training opportunity learning insurance, working in our document portal onboarding suppliers and granting access. Maintaining supplier profiles, updating contact information. Assess compliance initiatives in BAE's supplier HICX portal.
Required Skills
Detail orientated, strong Microsoft office proficiency, EXCEL knowledge is a plus. Good communication skills, able to multitask. Prior experience in adhering to detail process.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Outlook 365, EXCEL, Word, PDF documents.
Experience Required
Administrative experience minimum of 2 years.
Experience Preferred
Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace. At least 6-8 years of related full cycle recruiting experience for technical roles a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree with six years of related full cycle recruitment experience in federal contracting industry. In lieu of a degree, additional years of related technical recruitment in federal contracting industry. Associate degree and 8 years of related experience or high school diploma and 10 years of related full cycle recruitment in federal contracting industry.
