Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, issue, and control production schedules, integrating multiple program schedule requests into one executable schedule for production teams.
- Resolve conflicts between competing programs for common resources.
- Advise management on status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production issues.
- Create, maintain, and update network-based Master Production Schedules for E-6B programs.
- Understand critical path schedule networks, driven by logic, durations, and date constraints.
- Work with IMP/IMS schedule structures and Work Breakdown Structures.
- Export schedule data to Excel for weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Conduct critical path analysis and resource loading for labor and materials.
- Align program schedules with MRP/ERP and MES systems.
- Independently manage tasks while contributing to the program team’s success.
- Analyze operations to improve efficiencies and design workflows for optimal production.
- Conduct cost control, inventory control, and facility modification studies to improve productivity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience.
- High energy, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to follow through.
- Proactive, self-directed, and a team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results across various levels of the organization.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret DoD clearance.
- Experience working on new programs.
