Hours are Monday-Thursday (9 hours) and Friday (4 hours) with start times between 6 AM-7:30 AM

Master Scheduler
- Complete regular schedule entry of new and amended orders managed in the K2 workflow as entered via sales orders
- Rescheduling of production orders with focus on start and end dates supporting MRP
- Interaction with Sales Associates relative to order entry, order updates of customer requirements as it relates to scheduling
- Required use of LN system sessions pertaining to production orders, inventory management, and shipments
- Creation of multiple Excel spreadsheets relative to revenue recognition and categorization of shipments by sector and program
- Interaction with Engineering functions to define technical data output and managing the completion of outputs
- Record keeping of confidential sales and shipment data
- Interaction with intercompany personnel in scheduling the manufacture of items supporting North Manufacturing
- Interacting with other Production Control and Purchasing support functions relative to scheduling changes and updates
- Associates degree or 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge and ability to navigate in an ERP system is desired
- Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions within the organization
- Ability to be a team player while also working independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
