What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping/Receiving Clerk position at Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd.?
- Receive and verify incoming supplies/materials
- Unload incoming materials and maintain dock/warehouse area
- Package components and final assemblies per detailed packing instructions and process supporting documentation for all product shipment
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
- Assist with daily pickups and deliveries between facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or related education (GED)
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to interpret sales order instructions in order to determine shipping/packing methods and correct data entry to complete shipments
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation is required
- Must have a fork truck certification or the ability to attain the certification
- Proficiency in basic computer skills is required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, data entry)
- Ability to be self-motivated and able to multitask with minimal supervision
- Previous shipping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with carrier computer systems such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers to process shipments is desired
- Previous experience using Baan is a plus
