Job Description
- Ideal skill set in which the program is seeking. Electronics Technician
- Performed acceptance testing and measurements on electronic components and assemblies to verify system compliance.
- Tested various types of test equipment using microscopes, oscilloscopes, multimeters, voltage calibrators, spectrum analyzers and other laboratory instruments.
- Maintained system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.
- Operated as a radio technician and main technician for COMSEC radios.
- Collaborated with others to work on and use radio transmitters, receivers.
- Trained others on how to properly operate and troubleshoot the equipment.
- Expertise with RF equipment and operations.
- 4-6 Year Experience testing RF circuitry. Ability to read and interpret drawings to perform measurements and troubleshoot electronic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges.
- Experience using a wide variety of electronic RF/Analog, High Voltage, Digital and other electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers and Power Meters .
- Must be familiar with various test equipment, general purpose, and program specific test stations.
