- Perform general warehouse clerk duties to support Warehouse functions. Communication with Internal and External customers. Perform administrative duties for Warehouse Team. Operates and utilizes numerous computer database systems. Assembles, certifies, issues, and ensures appropriate documentation accompanies shipments. Assist with tracking inventory.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate with new and potential carriers to exchange shipping information (appt scheduling, hours, contacts, email address, directions, and layout of the property, expectations, etc)
- Operate and utilize computerized SAP & Open Dock to input and retrieve data. Support carrier appointment Planning in Open Dock scheduling system.
- Input and communicate necessary information to set up deliveries and shipments of parts and equipment
- Communicate changes and issues with shipments to Warehouse Leadership.
- Track shuttles and rolls to and from warehouse
- Communicate any shipping information to all necessary stakeholders
- Complete and maintain records and reports.
- Monitor and report weekly/monthly cycle counting progress.
- Manage inventory accuracy using SAP.
- Sign for deliveries of equipment, parts, or other merchandise from UPS, Fed Ex, LTLs, and other various vendors.
- Participate in the safety and good housekeeping programs within the plant.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct leader.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Computer Skills: SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Ability to present information
- Professional verbal and written communication
- Sense of urgency with attention to detail
- Organized and structured with ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to safeguard self with proper PPE for the specific task
- Exposure to hot/cold temperature- periodically
- Exposure to noise- periodically
- Hand/Eye Coordination– continuously
- Walk, Sit, Stand for duration of shift with regular breaks
- Lift/carry/move up to 20 lbs. independently and heavier weights with assistance.
- Climb stairs and steps
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
- Able to Operate Computers & Computerized equipment for quality, safety and compliance testing and training.
- Communicate with co-worker’s face to face, by telephone, and electronic communications.
- Possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment, operate a computer and other standard office equipment.
- Vision adequate to manipulate equipment controls, complete paperwork, utilize computers, and have depth perception.
