Salary: $140K- $180K per annum
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE ROLE.
US Citizenship and An Active Secret Clearance is required.
The candidate will work within a team of software and IT engineers to build high performance, cloud-based solutions. The Cloud, Infrastructure, DevSecOps Engineer position will focus on all aspects of design, analysis, implementation and support of systems, software or other solutions pertaining to deploying capabilities to cloud systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the development of open architectures and applications, infrastructure, and cloud platforms to ensure they are best suited for Cloud deployment and consumption.
- Support the adoption of Cloud best practices and supporting technologies to enable such capabilities as DevSecOps, Big Data/Analytics, AI, Micro-Services.
- Support the architecture, design, development, troubleshoot, and implementation of cloud solutions
- Work closely with the Information Technology Security team to ensure the applications and solutions designed and deployed are secure and compliant.
- Effectively Interface with Customer personnel at varying organizational levels
- Must be self-motivated and expected to work independently with minimal supervision
- Report status on tasks and assignments
- Must be able to generate preliminary and detailed designs as required for enhancements or modifications to existing designs, requiring the application of current industry design concepts and utilization of basic technical writing skills.
- Must be able to perform effectively as part of a project "team".
- Experience with several of the following tools Gitlab, SonarQube, Nexus, Twistlock/Prisma Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher, Openshift, K3S), Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP, and Terraform.

- Must be able to sit down for long lengths of time.
- Must be able to travel CONUS and to international sites
Required Skills:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field required.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a specific technology practice (Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Servers, Security, Windows, Linux, etc.) for both on premise and cloud resources
- 2 years network and operating system experience
- 2 years' experience in container management technologies like OpenShift, AKS, EKS, Rancher, Docker
- Experience using a source code repository such as Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, or Subversion
- Experience using a defect management system such as Jira, Bugzilla or Fogbugz
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
